FAQ

How long does it take to deliver the bats?

5-10 days

How does shipping work?

Once your bat is completed, a confirmation email will be sent with an expected time of arrival (ETA). All bats are placed in a protected poly tube, supported with packing paper, and shipped in either a 4”, 5”, 6”, 8”, 10”, or 12” reinforced cardboard box. Size depends on quantity of bats in order. Shipping available anywhere in the continental United States.

Where does the wood come from?

Industry secret.

Why are the weights only -3 to +3?

If we make a bat less than -3 ounces, we are increasing the likelihood of the bat breaking (-4oz, -5oz…). The denser the bat, the stronger. If we make an adult bat less than -3oz, we would have to use a billet that is less dense with less structural strength. We would really not take the risk of the bat breaking easily or worse, you get injured, and so this is the limit.

What logo’s can i add?

Any logo that is not trademarked or licensed (NCAA). This would include any Major League logos, for example.

How do i know i’m getting pro-grade lumber?

There will be an ink dot on your bat. This is our commitment to upholding our reputation for selling you the best wood possible.

Why are there so many sizes for one handed trainer bats?

Different strokes for different folks.

What is this black dot?

Ah, great question. When a wooden bat is manufactured, it’s crucial to ensure that the grain of the wood runs straight along the length of the bat. The ink dot test involves placing a small dot of ink on the bat handle and then compressing the wood to a specific pressure. If the grain is straight and free from defects, the ink dot will appear as a small, tight circle. This is specifically crucial for determining professional grade game bats. Show it off and tell a friend!
